Companies can spend thousands of ££££s writing the perfect mission statements and values, but we don’t have that budget and as you might have guessed by now we like to keep it simple.

Family – We started Kilroy Films to be able to spend more time as a family and to leave some kind of positive impression on our girls.

Community – We love giving back to the community, whether that is through charities or just being there for our immediate community. We organise several community events each year for the development we live on, with a focus on family fun.  We support local charities as detailed below.

Environment -  We are acutely aware that the World seems to be getting more complex and more stressful each year and as a result many people have lost connection to the environment they live in.  We have joined the electric car band wagon whether that is helping or not is still to be proved, but overall we are trying to reduce Kilroy Films carbon footprint through things like being a paperless business and running our office from solar energy. Linking back to community we often take the girls litter picking, like most households we recycle and encourage toy swapping and we strive to reduce single use plastic everywhere that we can.

Charity

Through our work with AFC Welwyn we support charity events with club partners. Personally as a family we give to Crisis every year at Christmas time and James will be hosting a men’s mental health live stream throughout the new football season 2025/26.
